RETURN POLICY

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you ample time to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition—unwashed, unworn, unaltered, or unused—accompanied by the original Brad & Abiah tags and packaging. Additionally, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase information.

Initiate a return by contacting us at info@bradabiah.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to dispatch your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, inspect the items promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item has been shipped, contact us immediately. This enables us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.


Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If you have concerns or questions about a specific item, reach out to us at info@bradabiah.com.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The most efficient way to secure the item you desire is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.


Allow up to 3 weeks for the completion of the return process. You will receive notifications at each stage of the return process.
